By Spirit, I mean the unlimited and all-powerful Spirit enabling transformation, transcendance, despite all obstacles. It’s the Power and Being beyond words, the true Source. The One and Infinite. All-encompassing, All-knowing.
As far as I can remember, I had always this knowing in me of the absolute Infinity, Immortality and Eternality of Spirit.
Back in the days I wrote the music from this first album, in comparison to “obstacles”, I saw a colossal difference of power between this almighty Spirit, Truth, Reality, absolute Good, call it as you will and some lot lesser powers called evil, lies, prejudice, false limitations, etc…
Yet, as the years passed, there was a maturation in me and I realized it was even more radical (and light and joyous) than that.
The Victory of the Spirit is actually a victory by default : the Spirit doesn’t have to fight or struggle. What happens is that what is false, untrue, completely devoid of life, of reality, of real power, ends up dissolving or self-destructing. The Spirit goes on expressing Itself, doing his mighty works despite all temporary appearances to the contrary.
So, the victory is a symbolic one, in the relative world, a dissolution or false or erroneous appearances and concepts ; because in the Absolute, there is no duality, and Spirit is One, without opposites.
Let’s take a parable : let us imagine that the Truth is represented by the Sun and that what is false is represented by an ice cube. What happens to the ice cube in the presence of the Sun ? It simply melts, and the water is freed from its contracted form. The Sun doesn’t fight, probably isn’t even aware of the ice cube, has no fear or hate about it. It gloriously shines, in the fullness of its own life, without problems. It didn’t have problems before the ice cube, does not have problems while the ice cube seems to appear, and certainly has no problems either once the ice cube has disappeared.
